How does voice follow work?

Your browser’s speech recognition listens and moves the text to the words you say. In Chrome and Safari, the audio is processed by Google or Apple to turn it into text; we never receive it.

Is my script saved?

Only in this browser, so it’s still there next time. It is never sent to us.

Can I record a video with it?

Not here: use a second device or the SmoothCue app on iPhone, which films you with the script under the lens.

How fast should a teleprompter scroll?

Most people speak 130 to 160 words per minute on camera. Start slow and speed up; voice follow avoids the question entirely.
